Every student is unique and learns in different ways. As a teacher it is crucial to be able to adapt and change your style to fit into the students learning area. The assignments and assessments that are given in my classroom I believe should reflect the students ability to be creative and individualistic. It is in this strand of standard that it is important to use theories such as Gardner's systems of learning. It took a range of practices and abilities to be able to work with such a range of classroom variations. I had to adapt many different styles to be able to cater to all the students and their individual requirements in the classroom
